Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the item. As most of our items are small these are usually able to be accommodated in standard NZ Post envelopes. All shipping is via NZ Post_. If more than one item is purchased, shipping is calculated on the combined weight.
Standard shipping rates for New Zealand are:
$NZ 5.00 for 0.1-0.5kg
Shipping Rates for Australia are based on the order being below 200gms at $NZ10.
Shipping Rates for the rest of the world are based on the order being below 200gms at $NZ 15. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. You are responsible for these payments should they occur

We will ship items on the working day following payment clearance. Please allow 3-5 working days for NZ delivery and 1-2 weeks for international.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the cost price is the GST inclusive price, and you will be responsible for any customs or other duty payable on your goods when they arrive at their destination.
We accept credit card, debit card and PayPal payments via PayPal and all pricing on our website are in $NZ. If you would like to pay by bank deposit, please email us directly with your order email@example.com
Returns and Exchanges
All of our leather products are handmade and therefore may have some variation in colour and detail from that pictured, which makes each piece unique. Our embroidery kits are supplied as described with linen which as a natural fabric which will have variations and dye batch variations. The kit/chart/pack must be returned unused and uncut, and incase of skeins of threads still in their seal. Please note all charts/patterns are for personal use only. These may not be photocopied, re-sold or re-distributed commercially in any manner. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned good(s) the charges will be credited to you
